Investigating
There is currently an outage for AWS East which is causing ingest delays for some Observe customers. At this time we believe the impact to be localized to only a few customers and we have notified those customers directly.
We are currently investigating the issue and determining next steps.
We do not believe there is a risk of data loss at this time.
